Effects of Cancellation
As a consumer customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. After completing the form below, you will receive an automatic confirmation that your cancellation notice has been received, and we will notify you once the cancellation has been processed.
If the cancellation period has already expired and more than 14 days have passed since the order, the contract will continue in accordance with the confirmed terms and conditions. You will be informed of this separately.
If you have requested the electricity supply to begin or have used the mobile subscription before the end of the cancellation period, you will be charged for the usage in accordance with the contract confirmation up until the moment of the cancellation notice.
Please also note that if there is no valid electricity contract at the location, the electricity supply will be interrupted due to the absence of a valid agreement.
Please note that if you cancel your electricity contract, any additional services included in the contract will also be cancelled.

If you have requested that electricity delivery starts before the cancellation period ends, you must pay us the compensation specified in the contract confirmation for the electricity delivered up to the time you submit the cancellation notice. Please note that if there is no valid electricity contract for the location, electricity delivery to the location will be disconnected because there is no active contract.
